  1. In the LHJ February issue, the opposite page shows felted bowls. How are those made? They are very interesting

    • Hi Paula, they’re crocheted and then wet felted. I agitate the wool with soap and hot water, which causes the fibers to interlock and tighten up, creating a thick fabric.

  2. I also saw the felted bowls in LHJ. I’m not as talented and wouldn’t even try to make these, lol. Do you sell these? I haven’t seen them anywhere other than in the magazine?

  3. I do have bowls for sale in my shop: shmugusta.etsy.com. They go pretty quickly once they’re posted, so just check back frequently if you don’t see any! I’m about to go list a few now, so keep an eye out!

  4. Do you sell the patterns for any of your items – love the beads especially. Thanks for letting me know.

    • Yes, all the links above are for my patterns and tutorials! The bead tutorial is free, as are many of my other patterns. A few of my patterns aren’t free, but can be purchased through the links above.

  5. I’m looking for a pattern of a chick that fits over a camera lens. I was told you make them?

    • Sorry, I don’t make any camera accessories. Try ravelry.com – they have knitting and crocheting patterns for just about everything.
